A note from Origami Café
Privacy & your information.
When you share a café experience with us, this is how the website handles your information.
What we collect, and why
The feedback form collects your name, email address, star rating and note, together with an optional photo and the submission time. The café uses these to read your feedback, respond where needed and choose guest experiences to display on the website. The server also temporarily uses a network address, when available, to limit repeated submissions.
What can appear publicly
Your name, rating, note and optional photo may be published after café approval. Your email address is excluded from public feedback. Please avoid including private contact details in your note or photo, and only upload a photo you are comfortable sharing publicly.
Who can access your feedback
The approved café administrator can read submissions, including email addresses, in the private admin dashboard. Supabase stores the feedback and uploaded images. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes your name, email address, rating and note to notify the café administrator.
Keeping or removing your information
Feedback stays in the café’s records until an administrator deletes it; this website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. To request a correction, removal from the website or deletion of your feedback and attached photo, email origamicafeadmin@gmail.com. Include the name and email used for your feedback and the approximate submission date so the team can locate it.
Maps, fonts and external links
This website loads fonts and an embedded map from Google. Those requests share browser and network information with Google. Booking, directions and Instagram links open external services whose own privacy practices apply. The café admin sign-in also uses browser session storage to keep an administrator signed in.
